My red Yaris had nearly recorded 100,000 miles.  I am sure it would do another 50,000 easily as Toyota’s are reliable cars. However, an opportunity to purchase a younger Yaris arose.  With half the mileage it seemed like an excellent option.  The best thing was all the features I liked in my old car were available in this one.  Dual heat control, electric windows, automatic rear view mirror dipper, rear view camera and of course the reliability of a Toyota.  A diesel car is very easy to drive and is ideal for learners when grappling with clutch control, so I wasn’t ready to give up on a diesel car just yet.  Manufacturers are no longer making diesel cars so in the future I will have to look at other options.  But for now this sleek grey car will last for another few years.
